As the founder of Potential to Performance Ltd, she has established herself as a leading advocate for inclusion, neurodivergence, and trauma-informed practice across Aotearoa and internationally.
What sets Brooke apart is her "Dual-Lens" authority. Identifying as neurodivergent herself—gifted, dyslexic, and on the autism spectrum—Brooke brings a unique and invaluable perspective to every leadership meeting, policy review, and coaching session. She bridges the gap between the strategic needs of the organisation and the lived reality of the neurodivergent workforce.

From the Classroom to the Boardroom

Brooke’s expertise is grounded in decades of frontline experience. Her teaching career spans every level of education, from Early Childhood Education (ECE) to Primary, Intermediate, Secondary, and University environments.

Her leadership journey is equally diverse. She served as the Assistant Director of an English Language School in Taiwan for three years, gaining deep insight into the challenges faced by culturally and linguistically diverse communities. She has also worked on the frontlines of inclusive education, teaching refugees in mainstream classrooms and supporting students with High and Complex Needs in return-to-school programmes.

Before launching Potential to Performance, Brooke served as the President of the New Zealand Association for Gifted Children, further cementing her status as an expert in harnessing diverse minds.

Today, Brooke specialises in coaching leaders, parents, and educators to turn friction into performance. Her work extends from local schools to global boardrooms. Through her contracting work with FieldForce4, she has delivered Positive Leadership training to over 1,000 council leaders across Australia and Canada, reinforcing this training with personalised 1:1 coaching for everyone from CEOs to frontline staff.
